Despite social media, websites, and campaigns, a professional flyer establishes direct contact with your customers. It gets taken home, passed along, and read on the spot—and makes an impact at the moment of decision.

  • Your message needs to be easy and quick to grasp
  • there is personal interaction (trade shows, consultations, events)
  • products or services need to be communicated concisely
  • you need to capture attention with minimal effort

A well-designed flyer provides guidance, builds trust, and creates brand recognition – and thus makes a decisive difference.

Flyers for Every Occasion—From Trade Show Exhibits to Product Communication

Every application has its own specific requirements in terms of design, tone, and structure. That’s why we always develop flyers with a specific purpose in mind – tailored to the occasion, message, and target audience.

Among other things, we design:

Event & Trade Show Flyers

Short, clear, and eye-catching – ideal for quickly drawing visitors in.

Product & Services Flyer

Well-organized, clear, and persuasive: perfect for sales and consulting.

Recruiting Flyer

Modern, concise, authentic – a strong start to employer branding.

Information & Service Flyer

For processes, services, or workflows – explained clearly and visualized effectively.

Multi-page flyers and brochures

If a little more space is needed, we design 4- or 6-page booklets or brochures with an appropriate layout.

Your Flyer as a Brand Ambassador – Precisely Designed

A flyer is often the first physical point of contact with your brand – and that’s exactly why we design it to not only provide information but also convey a sense of identity.

Our approach:

  • Custom Design Instead of Templates
Every flyer is designed from scratch—tailored to your brand, your topic, and your target audience.
  • Clearly Structured Content
We distill the information down to the essentials, organize it, and make complex content easy to understand.
  • Brand-Consistent Design
Your flyer won’t look “somehow different”; instead, it will fit seamlessly into your existing brand identity.
  • Experience with Topics That Require Explanation
Technical, B2B, and service offerings in particular need structure – and that’s where our many years of experience come in.
  • Direct Collaboration
You’ll work directly with the designers in charge.
  • Predictable Processes and Transparent Quotes
You’ll know in advance what will be done, what the workflow looks like, and what the costs will be.

Frequently Asked Questions About Flyer Design

How much does it cost to have a flyer designed?

That depends on various factors: the scope of the content, the desired format (e.g., single-sided, folded), the required design, text support, and the number of rounds of proofreading.

After a brief briefing, we’ll provide you with a transparent quote detailing the services and costs.

How long does it take to design a flyer?

For the concept and design of a flyer, you should generally allow for a few days to a few weeks – depending on the scope of the project and our coordination.

If you have a fixed deadline, such as a trade show or event, we’ll adjust our schedule accordingly and address any open issues well in advance.

Do you work with templates or custom designs?

We don’t use off-the-shelf online templates. Every flyer is custom-designed based on your corporate identity and your content.
This ensures a result that truly reflects your company – and doesn’t look generic.

Can you also help with text and images?

Yes. If you already have text and images, we’ll incorporate them and adjust their structure and length as needed.

If content is still missing or too extensive, we can assist with:
– Structure and organization
– Headings, teasers, and calls to action
– Image production and/or research and licensing of image material

Will I receive print-ready files for my print shop?

Yes. We’ll provide you with print-ready PDFs that you can send directly to your printer.

We’re not a printing company, but we ensure that your printing partners can work with professionally prepared files. Upon request, we’ll handle any technical coordination.

Do you work exclusively with companies based in Munich?

No. Even though we’re based in Munich, we work with clients from all over Germany and beyond.

Briefings, coordination, and rounds of revisions work seamlessly via phone, video conference, and email.

If you’re based in or around Munich, a face-to-face meeting is, of course, also possible.
