Event Opener Animations for the Werum User Group Meetings

From July 2017 to June 2019, MWIMMERDESIGN developed three event opener animations with sound design for the annual user group meetings of Werum IT Solutions GmbH.
Client and Project
Werum IT Solutions GmbH, based in Lüneburg, is an IT services company with 100 to 500 employees that specializes in software solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. For its annual user conferences—the User Group Meetings—the company needed a professional opening segment to set the stage and immerse the audience in the meeting’s theme right from the start.
MWIMMERDESIGN was tasked with designing and producing this introductory segment.
Strategy
MWIMMERDESIGN developed a graphic design and animation concept that was consistently applied over several years and customized for each event.
Implementation
Based on the concept, motion design and sound design were created for one opening animation per year.
The goal of the animations was to draw the audience’s attention to the stage at the start of the event and to create a memorable opening.
